If you were a little bit too busy in the past week to catch up on all of the gaming information, here is a look at the five events that occurred that you should know.

5. The release date of BioShock is announced (Friday, September 18). This sequel was originally going to released in 2009. However, we now know when it will release next year.

4. Electronic Arts announced SKATE 3 (Tuesday, September 15). The third game in this very popular skateboarding series is announced. Some new features include players being able to make their own skate teams and compete in challenges against their rival crews. In this game, cooperative experiences will be concentrated on more.

3. Price cut for the Wii will be coming soon (Monday, September 14). An accidental leaked Toys R Us ad shows that Nintendo is soon going to be making a fifty dollar price cut off of the current Wii price. This will bring the cost of the Wii console down to $199.

2. A Modern Warfare 2 themed Xbox 360 is announced (Wednesday, September 16). Infinity Ward reported the coming out of a new limited edition Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 bundle. This bundle will include a 250GB hard drive, two wireless controllers and obviously, a copy of the Modern Warfare 2 game.

1. Australia bans the Left 4 Dead 2 title (Wednesday, September 16). This anticipated game has been refused classification which prevents Left 4 Dead 2 from being sold on shelves in Australia.
