Just when we thought things couldn’t get any worse with Gears of War 2, another big problem pops up. Gamers of the PC version of Gears of War 2 have recently been reporting the inability to play the game even though they purchased it and have a legit license to go with it. These digital certificates have expired and the only way to get on is by setting back the system clock.
The irony of the situation is that the people who were supposed to be targeted with this were those using illegal copies of the game. These users; however, are still gaming hard. It appears as though Gears of War has yet another problem they need to fix. I think they rushed the release of this game. They probably could have used a few month delay like GTA IV was forced to do.
